Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Sales Manager/Senior Manager to join our Residential team. The role will focus on expanding our presence across premium markets, particularly South Mumbai and Bandra, while driving sales across key micro-markets in Mumbai. This position will play an key role in business growth and client satisfaction, requiring strong expertise in real estate sales, client relationship management, market understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sales & Market Intelligence:





• Build in-depth knowledge of all current and upcoming homes and land developments in Mumbai.
• Create and maintain a live project database, including asset values, developer details, amenities, possession timelines, maintenance costs, and water supply availability.
- Client Presentations & Site Visit Management:

Prepare detailed, professional presentations for every client visit. These must include:
• Asset value, project USPs, and floor plans
• Pros and cons of each project
• Maintenance costs and water supply availability
• Travel time
• Map of Mumbai highlighting project locations
Attend client site visits and ensure a seamless, well-informed experience.
- Sales Support for Mumbai Markets:

• Support client servicing and property presentations for high-value areas in Bandra West and South Mumbai.
• Participate in site visits, maintain property knowledge, and assist in shortlisting
