Customer Relations Manager

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Relations Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our team.

What you’ll do
• Be the main point of contact for clients before, during and after their wedding.
• Understand client requirements and keep the team aligned.
• Manage follow-ups, timelines, deliverables and client requests.
• Coordinate with photographers, cinematographers and the internal team.
• Handle client questions and concerns professionally.
• Make sure every client has a smooth and memorable experience.

What we’re looking for
• 2–5 years of experience in customer relations, client servicing, hospitality, events or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Someone who is organised, responsive and great at follow-ups.
• Comfortable handling multiple clients at the same time.
• Experience in weddings, photography or events is a plus.
