One of our key verticals is the Tier 01 Akshaya TV Network, an advertising network of 250+ screens in Akshaya Centres across 8 districts of Kerala. Every day, thousands of people visit these centres for essential government and digital services, which gives advertisers consistent, high-visibility reach into both urban and rural Kerala.

As we expand this network, we are building a dedicated sales team in Thiruvananthapuram.

The Role




As a Business Development Manager for the Tier 01 Akshaya Network, you will own advertiser acquisition and revenue growth in Thiruvananthapuram. This is a front-line role, with direct impact on the company's growth and close collaboration with leadership.

This role is open only to candidates currently based in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new advertisers across automobiles, education, consumer durables, banking and finance, healthcare, and retail
• Build robust relationships with advertising and media agencies in Thiruvananthapuram
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure
• Drive renewals and grow campaign value from existing clients
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Share market insights to help shape pricing, packaging, and sales strategy
