Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience to lead our backend engineering team and act as a key technical point of contact for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and Django, excellent understanding of backend architecture, databases and REST APIs, and proven experience leading engineering teams.
This role requires someone who can operate at both technical and managerial levels — actively contributing to architecture and development while mentoring the team, managing delivery, and communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong ownership,



and the ability to translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership
● Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
● Define and review backend architecture, technical solutions, coding standards, and development practices.
● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
● Guide developers in solving complex technical and architectural problems.
● Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions.
● Drive technical improvements, refactoring, and performance optimization.
● Stay current with emerging Python, backend, cloud, and software architecture practices.
Team Leadership
● Lead and mentor a team of Python/backend developers.
● Allocate tasks and monitor development progress.
