A growing importer and distributor of J&B; Brand Bearings and industrial products, serving crushers, rice mills, engineering industries, automobile workshops, manufacturers, hardware dealers and industrial traders across South India. We run on modern platforms — Zoho CRM, IndiaMART, WhatsApp Business and Zoho Telephony — and are building a high-performance tele sales team.

Role Purpose

This is not a call centre role. It is a sales development role: convert enquiries into opportunities, follow up with precision, reactivate dormant customers and build long-term buyer relationships for J&B; Brand Bearings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Qualification





• Handle inbound enquiries from IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins

• Qualify leads — requirement, location, buying capacity and urgency

• Categorise leads Hot / Warm / Cold and set follow-up timelines in Zoho CRM

• Generate new business through structured outbound calling to prospect lists

2. Outbound Tele Sales

• Call engineers, purchase managers and store managers of industrial customers

• Pitch J&B; Brand Bearings — features, quality, pricing and delivery

• Follow up every quotation to closure — no enquiry dies without an outcome

• Reactivate customers who have not ordered in 60–90 days; drive repeat orders

3. Zoho CRM Management

• Update every customer interaction in Zoho CRM — same day, no exceptions

• Maintain lead status, pipeline stage and follow-up dates accurately in real time

• Log call notes, WhatsApp conversations and customer feedback

• Track quotations and opportunities thro
