As Credit Risk Management Governance Lead - Vice President, you will help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers, and communities. You will strengthen the Private Bank credit risk governance framework by maintaining and enhancing policies, procedures, controls, committee governance, and issues management, as well as coordinate internal, external, and regulatory examinations, and provide constructive, independent challenge to stakeholders across locations and seniority levels. The Wealth Management Risk Management Governance team manages Risk policies,



due diligence reviews, adherence to regulatory requirements, and internal controls for Global WM Credit Risk. The team collaborates closely with the Global Credit Risk approval and analysis team, Audit, Compliance, Controls, Legal and Business partners to ensure efficient and effective process are in place.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drive Risk governance initiatives and change management.
• Support external regulatory examinations, internal audits, and independent reviews of the Credit Risk function and associated remediation.
• Partner with Wholesale Credit Risk and other Lines of Business in the firm to understand and benchmark Wealth Management processes.
• Evaluate Credit Risk controls and provide clear, well-supported observations and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure timely remediation and sustainable control improvements for issues.
