Role OverviewWe are hiring Inside Sales Associates / Admission Counsellors / Education Counsellors to connect with prospective learners, understand their education and career requirements, recommend suitable online programmes and support them through the admission process.
This is a full-time consultative sales role involving inside sales, education counselling, admission counselling, tele-calling, lead conversion, follow-up management, objection handling, CRM management and enrolment conversion.

Key Responsibilities• Connect with prospective learners through phone calls,



WhatsApp and email
• Make 100+ outbound calls per day
• Maintain at least 120 minutes of productive talk time per day
• Understand learner profiles including education, work experience, career goals, preferred specialisation and budget
• Counsel learners on suitable online degree, executive education and professional certificate programmes
• Explain programme eligibility, curriculum, fees, duration, university/institution, learning format and career relevance
• Recommend suitable programmes based on learner requirements
• Handle learner queries and objections professionally
• Follow up consistently with prospective learners until closure
• Identify and prioritise high-intent leads
• Support learners through the application and admission process
• Maintain accurate lead status, call notes and follow-up records in CRM
• Manage assigned sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
