Location: Chennai HQ (travel across South India)

Reports To: Managing Director

Salary: Rs.12 – 25 LPA fixed + quarterly performance bonus + annual growth bonus (total earning potential Rs.18 – 35+ LPA for top performers)

Experience: 8–15 years in industrial B2B sales (mandatory); bearings / power transmission preferred

Education: MBA Marketing preferred; a strong track record matters more than the degree

Joining: Within 30–45 days; notice buyout considered for strong candidates

Role purpose: Transform JNB Bearings from a regional distributor into a multi-state industrial distribution organisation — driving revenue growth, margin improvement, dealer network expansion, team building and branch readiness across South India.

5-Year Targets

• Gross profit: improve to 35% by 2030

• Customer base: add 20+ current customers every month

• Revenue growth:



15–25% year-on-year

• Expansion cities: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Ernakulam, Vijayawada, Vizag, Madurai + Chennai HO

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Business Development

• Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets with 15–25% YoY growth

• Develop new industrial customers across crushers, rice mills, cement, steel and OEM segments

• Build market penetration strategies for each expansion territory; identify new industrial clusters and estates

• Monitor competitor activity and respond with counter-strategies and pricing actions

2. Dealer & Distribution Network Development

• Develop and activate dealer and distributor networks across strategic markets and expansion territories

• Build a tiered structure: primary distributors, sub-dealers and direct industrial accounts

• Improve dealer productivity through engagement, incentive programmes and training; review dealer-wise revenue
