Position Summary

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Communications Director to shape how
PlaySimple communicates - inside the company and to the world.
This role sits at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and brand building. Internally, you’ll
strengthen our shared sense of purpose, connection, and values across all teams and
studios. Externally, you’ll build and amplify the PlaySimple brand across India and global
markets, driving visibility that supports our long-term growth, partnerships, and future
M&A; ambitions.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to design and deliver communications
that inspire, inform, and elevate PlaySimple’s reputation as one of the most admired
gaming companies in the world..
We’re looking for someone proactive, creative and bold - a communications leader who
constantly thinks outside the box to ensure our story is heard, our voice is distinctive, and
our presence is felt across every relevant platform, geography and conversation.

Internal Communications & Culture





● Develop and lead a company-wide internal communications strategy that connects people to our mission, values, and strategic direction.

● Partner with leadership and HR to ensure key messages cascade clearly and consistently across studios and teams.

● Shape narratives for all internal channels - CEO messages, town halls, newsletters, employee campaigns, and leadership updates.

● Strengthen cultural alignment and belonging through communication that reflects who we are and who we aspire to be.

● Coach leaders on communication tone, rhythm, and storytelling to help them engage their teams effectively.

External Communications & Brand

● Build and execute PlaySimple’s PR and brand strategy across India and international markets.

● Manage media relations, press announcements, and thought-leadership opportunities for PlaySimple and the CEO.
