About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Intern to support our sales activities. The intern will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and explain products/services to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order/conversion processes.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.

Probation &Compensation;

• The initial 3 months will be treated as a probation/training period.
• During the 3-month probation period,



compensation will be INR 5000 per month.
• After successful completion of the probation period, the compensation will be ₹20,000-25,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the monthly salary, based on applicable sales targets and company policies.
• Continuation after probation will be based on performance and business requirements.

Requirements

• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads.
• Freshers and candidates with prior sales experience can apply.
