Job DescriptionTrain, guide and support unit-level safety coordinators / employeesEnsuring all SOPs are implemented and basic disaster preparedness standards are followedConducting regular trainings and awareness sessions across unitsSupporting risk assessment activities and ensuring closure of identified gapsMaintaining proper documentation – training reports, audit reports, and visit reportsPromoting safety culture and valuable behaviour practices across all stakeholdersCoordinating with other departments and units for preparedness activities and supportAge: 23–35 yrs (flexible)Education: Graduate / Diploma in Safety / Disaster Management / related fieldExperience: 2–3 years (training / safety preferred)Skills: Good communication, Excel & PowerPoint, Coordination and reporting skills, Willingness to travelTravel: 8–10 days/month
