Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Structural Engineer with 3 to 5 years of

experience in structural design review, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and asset management of

roads. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of structural behaviour, design

principles, relevant Indian standards and codes, and practical site execution challenges. Experience in

Detailed structural design is highly preferred.

The role primarily involves assessment, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, design review, and

technical coordination for operational infrastructure assets and structures. The candidate should be

capable of identifying structural deficiencies, recommending technically sound and cost-effective

solutions, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Review & Design Coordination

• Thoroughly review structural designs, calculations, drawings, reports, and technical

Submissions prepared by consultants.

• Verify compliance with applicable IRC Codes,



IS Codes, MoRTH specifications, and other

relevant standards and guidelines.

• Evaluate structural adequacy, constructability, durability, and long-term performance of

structures.

• Coordinate effectively with Detailed Designers, Proof Consultants, Independent Engineers,

Authority Engineers, Contractors, and Site Teams during design development and

construction stages.

• Resolve design-related issues arising during project execution and maintenance activities.

Structural Assessment, Repair & Rehabilitation

• Conduct structural condition assessments and inspections of bridges, buildings, retaining

structures, culverts, and other civil infrastructure assets.

• Identify structural defects, deterioration mechanisms, and distress symptoms.

• Analyze root causes of structural deficiencies and recommend suitable repair, strengthening,

rehabilitation, and retrofitting measures.
