Job Responsibilities





We are seeking a high-performing and visionary Project Sales Head to lead our Project Sales Operations across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana for TATA Tiscon & TATA Wiron LRPC. This senior leadership role requires a proven professional with strong expertise in B2B Sales, Infrastructure Projects, Key Account Management, and Client Coordination. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing project pipelines, influencing decision-makers (contractors, consultants, government bodies, EPCs, developers), and delivering revenue and market share targets.

Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end project sales operations for TATA Tiscon & TATA Wiron LRPC across AP & Telangana.
- Build a solid project pipeline in infrastructure, real estate, industrial, and government projects.
- Formulate annual/quarterly sales plans aligned with Tata Steel’s positioning and Samrat Group’s growth vision.
- Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets consistently.
