We are seeking a Sales Support Lead to guide governance, cadence, and operational excellence across Business Pre‑Sales. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the Request‑to‑Cash cycle, ensuring smooth processes, insightful reporting, and alignment with sales strategy for Vodafone Business Unit UK. This role plays a vital part in maintaining functional effectiveness, embedding best practice, and driving digitalisation within Sales Operations.

What you will do
- Ensure delivery timelines are achieved, with transparent communication of progress against KPIs and NPS targets.
- Co‑ordinate cross‑functional Sales Operations activities and maintain alignment across Business Pre‑Sales.
- Develop and implement pre‑sales domain strategies and training that follow industry best practice.
