Job Description – Finance Controller/Senior Manager / DGM – Global Finance s Accounts
Location: Gurugram, HR
Budget: Upto 35 Lakhs per annum Gross (Depends on Current CTC)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced finance leader for the role of Senior Manager / DGM – Global Finances Accounts , responsible for driving accounting governance, global consolidation, audit management, and internal controls for NIIT Limited and its domestic and overseas subsidiaries. With 12–15 years of experience,
the ideal candidate must demonstrate solid Ind AS expertise, SAP proficiency, and a proven ability to lead teams while maintaining stringent review, control, and compliance standards across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting, Consolidation s Financial Controls
- Provide end-to-end oversight of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure. This includes rigorous review of global subsidiary financials, consolidation adjustments, foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, goodwill assessment, and NCI workings.
- Ensure strong review and control over domestic and overseas entities by validating accounting treatments, monthly trial balances, ledgers, reconciliations, and compliance with group reporting policies.
- Oversee ESOP accounting , EPS computation , managerial remuneration , and related party transactions while
