KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Creative Strategy: Develop winning creative concepts, hooks, messaging, and testing strategies.
● Performance Marketing: Own Google Ads & Meta Ads and optimize campaigns for quality leads, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, revenue, and funnel performance.
● Profitability:



Manage marketing budgets with a solid focus on profitable revenue and acquisition economics.
● SEO & Organic Growth: Drive strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and conversions.
● Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities across the complete marketing and sales funnel.
