We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-oriented Communications Executive who can manage communication across our brands, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities1. Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management
• Manage regular communication with doctors of different specialties, therapists, patients, corporate clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
• Develop personalized communication strategies for different stakeholder categories.
• Build long-term relationships through timely follow-ups, updates, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed, connected, and engaged with TISQ Health's services.

2. Multichannel Communication Management




• Execute communication campaigns through WhatsApp, email, SMS, telephone, social media, and other digital channels. Please note, this is NOT a social media management position.
• Manage appointment reminders, service updates, subscription renewals, follow-ups, and promotional communications.
• Develop structured communication calendars for different brands and stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate automated communication workflows through CRM and other digital platforms.

3. Brand Engagement & Loyalty
• Design and execute communication initiatives to improve patient retention, doctor engagement, and partner loyalty.
• Develop engagement campaigns for existing customers and healthcare professionals.
• Promote recent services, programs, product features, and healthcare initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cross-brand engagement and service adoption.
