Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for making outbound calls to physiotherapists, clinics, and hospitals to introduce PhysioPlus services, explain product features, and drive subscription sales. Day-to-day activities include handling inbound inquiries,



providing information about the clinic management suite and other offerings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves following up on leads, nurturing prospects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The Telesales Representative is expected to meet sales targets, share customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
