Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on driving sales for Nexon Travenza and other residential projects. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective buyers, conducting site visits, explaining project features and pricing,



and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The role involves maintaining accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and providing timely updates on inventory and offers. The Sales Executive will build and nurture client relationships, prepare and present sales proposals, and ensure a qualified, customer-centric experience during and after the sales process. The position also requires staying current on local real estate trends and competitor offerings to support effective sales strategies.
