Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pratapgarh. The Sales Executive will identify and approach potential retail and wholesale customers, introduce Naxtree Food India’s product range, and build robust, long-term business relationships. Daily activities include visiting local markets and clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and terms,



and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, tracking inventory needs, coordinating with the operations team for timely deliveries, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The Sales Executive will monitor local competitor activity, gather market feedback, and support promotional initiatives to grow brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer relationship management skills, including clear communication and follow-up.
• Basic knowledge of FMCG or food products; experience with dry fruits or related goods is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and plan daily customer visits.
