Role Overview
- Lead consulting engagements for a fast-growing fintech/payment consulting firm. Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year client projects across Fixed Price (FP), Time & Materials (T&M;), and Outcome-based models.
- Manage project portfolios,
lead cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, data scientists), drive client success, and ensure profitability.
- Requires deep technical credibility in payments infrastructure, database systems, AI/ML integration, regulatory compliance, and consulting delivery methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Project Management
- Own delivery and commercial success of 2- 4 concurrent engagements; manage $2M-$10M+ project portfolios
- Drive project scoping, estimation, and resource planning; manage change orders and scope creep
- Establish SOWs, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps; communicate status through executive-level reporting
- Own P&L; accountability; monitor utilization, billing, and profitability metrics
- Lead production deployments and handoff to client operations teams
