We are looking for a proactive and organized Partnerships Associate to support our growing client and

content requirements.



The role is central to keeping our B2B brand partnerships running smoothly —

managing day-to-day coordination with clients, content timelines, and creative execution, while building

strong, trust-based relationships with the brands we work with.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination with B2B brands and clients on content and campaign requirements.
• Own content timelines end-to-end, and follow up proactively with agencies and editors to keep production on schedule.
• Coordinate creative requirements including thumbnails, videos, and ads, ensuring they meet brand and platform standards.
• Collect, consolidate, and relay feedback between clients and internal/creative teams.
• Conduct quality checks (QC) on content assets before delivery to ensure accuracy and brand fit.
• Drive overall project execution, flagging risks early and resolving bottlenecks quickly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand partners,
