Key Responsibilities
• Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure an productive, timely, and seamless hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven HR and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition for Field Sales roles within the Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
