Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Sector 98, Noida
Work Mode: Onsite | Full-Time
Shift: US Shifts (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM) | Flexibility required
Experience: 2-4 years
Role Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to support the HR function with employee onboarding, training and development, HR operations, compliance audits, and employee-related activities.
The role will work closely with the HR Manager and Sr. HR Manager to facilitate the staff onboarding process and support the requirements for recent hires at Big Language Solutions.
The HR Executive will also assist in planning and executing training and development activities for staff members while ensuring compliance with SOPs and supporting the implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Records
• Maintain and update personnel records.
• Support the successful onboarding and orientation of new staff hires.
2. Compliance & Audits
• Assists in the scheduled OFAC audit.
• Assists in the OIG/SAM audit.
3. Training & Development
• Prepares and launches annual required trainings and operational trainings.
• Prepares and executes the new hire onboarding planning; security training and operational training.
• Coordinates with other Managers to schedule proper training for all new hires.
• Works with Production Teams to help monitor new hire implementation and performance.
• Help coordinate yearly Performance Appraisals.
4. General HR Support
• Assist with various HR functions, as needed, including but not limited to: Event Planning, Training and Development, Company-Wide Announcements and Communication.
Skills/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or Language Related field.
• Good Communication, Computer Skills, Bilingual English/native tongue.
