Role Description The Electronics Service Center Technician will perform day-to-day diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electronic and automotive entertainment systems, including audio equipment and related components. Responsibilities include inspecting devices, identifying faults, conducting troubleshooting, performing component-level repairs,



and ensuring that all serviced equipment meets quality and safety standards. The role also involves interacting with customers to understand issues, explain findings, provide service updates, and support a positive customer experience. The technician will maintain accurate service records, manage tools and equipment, and follow company procedures and timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India, requiring regular coordination with the service team and adherence to established workflows.
