Position: Project Trainee

Reporting To: Project Manager / Account Manager / Campaign Lead
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Trainee to support the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns. The trainee will work closely with the project, creative, media, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with project objectives.
This role provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end advertising campaign process, from briefing and ideation to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and coordinating advertising campaigns across relevant channels.
• Support the Project/Account Manager in preparing campaign briefs, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Creative, Copy, Design, Media, Digital, and Production.
• Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and dependencies.
• Assist in organizing client/team meetings and preparing meeting notes and action points.




• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the development and maintenance of campaign presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with market, competitor, audience, and advertising trend research.
• Maintain campaign-related files, assets, trackers, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Perform other project coordination and campaign-related activities as required.
