We build websites, digital platforms, and AI-powered products for businesses in healthcare, education, entertainment, and B2B technology. As we grow our digital marketing practice, we're looking for someone who can help our clients' brands connect with the right audiences.
About the Role
You'll manage social media and digital marketing for a portfolio of 3–5 client brands. You'll own each account end to end: strategy, content, campaigns, reporting, and client communication. You'll work with our creative director and development team.

What You'll Do
• Plan and run monthly content calendars for each client across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Write engaging copy, brief designs, and produce short-form content such as reels, carousels, and posts.




• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, and track budget for each client.
• Handle basic on-page SEO and Google Business Profile, and coordinate website content updates.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and flag reputation issues early.
• Prepare monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, CPL, ROAS) and present insights to clients.
• Manage approvals, timelines, and day-to-day communication for your accounts.

What We're Looking For
• A degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, or a related social science is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, ideally at an agency.
• Proven ability to manage 3–5 client accounts at the same time without things slipping.
• Solid written English. Hindi is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Search Console.
