We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of our sales function and build a high-performing sales team.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in K12 EdTech sales.
This is a leadership and ownership role. The person will be responsible not only for managing counsellors but also for driving revenue, improving conversions, strengthening sales processes, developing the team, and building a scalable sales function for Spellzee's long-term growth.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with targets, numbers, CRM data, sales calls, counsellor performance, lead quality, conversion funnels, and daily sales operations.
