Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Surat. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, propose suitable EMS solutions, and prepare accurate quotations and project scopes.



Daily responsibilities include conducting product and capability presentations, supporting the sales team with technical insights, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery. The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and service. The Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, contribute to business development initiatives, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
