About the RoleInfolabs Global is seeking a highly analytical and creative Social Media Growth & Viral Content Manager to drive the digital presence for our flagship B2C products, iPal and Talkbot Edge.

This is not a routine social media posting role. We are looking for a true growth marketer and algorithm expert who can build audiences from the ground up, engineer virality, and convert social media attention into measurable website traffic and platform registrations. If you understand audience psychology, the critical 1–3 second hook, and how to leverage Meta and YouTube algorithms for organic discovery, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute complete B2C social media growth strategies for iPal and Talkbot Edge across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Content & Virality: Develop highly engaging content concepts, hooks, trends, challenges,



and demonstrations. Build tailored strategies for short-form video (Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts).

• Audience Building: Grow genuine followers and subscribers organically, without reliance on fake or bot engagement.

• Conversion Optimization: Drive social media audiences toward product websites, registrations, and free trials.

• Trend Utilization: Identify emerging trends quickly and adapt them into relevant, high-performing brand content.

• Campaign Management: Develop and manage influencer, creator, and User-Generated Content (UGC) strategies, alongside both organic and paid content strategies (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate daily with video editors, graphic designers, presenters, and product teams to execute the content calendar.

• Analytics & Testing: Continuously A/B test hooks, thumbnails, captions, video formats, posting times, and CTAs. Make
