We’re looking for a passionate and self-driven Analog Lead Engineer to join our energetic team and take ownership of critical analog design challenges.

Role Overview:
You will spearhead the design, development and optimisation of mixed-signal SoC whose AFE sits at the heart of our next-generation sensing platform. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, driving end-to-end analog circuit design . We seek a highly motivated individual who thrives on solving complex problems independently and is eager to make a significant impact in a growing organization. Acting as the analog/ mixed-signal technical lead,



you will transform high-level product goals into a tape-ready IC while partnering closely with the wider cross-functional team
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, simulation, and validation of low power and high-performance AFE circuits for sensor interfacing and impedance measurement systems.
• Develop low-noise, high-precision analog circuits, including amplifiers, ADC, DAC, filters, and signal conditioning components.
• Architect and implement mixed-signal systems, collaborating with digital and firmware teams for seamless integration.
• Set technical direction for a small analog team, review critical circuits and layouts, coach junior designers, and coordinate with test, packaging and applications groups to keep milestones on track.
• Present progress and trade-offs to leadership, suppliers, and strategic customers; own technical risk registers and mitigation plans.
