Role Summary Job Title: Client Servicing Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Work Model: Hybrid Location: Gurugram, India We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage B2B social media accounts, understand client objectives, develop actionable content briefs, and coordinate with internal creative and content teams to deliver high-quality work. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, B2B client servicing, and digital trends, along with the ability to manage multiple B2B accounts, deliverables, and timelines simultaneously. What You'll Do Social Media Account Management Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned B2B clients. Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients for their social media requirements. Understand client objectives, B2B brand positioning, target audience (decision-makers, businesses, industry stakeholders), and social media goals. Take ownership of assigned B2B social media accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.



Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them updated on ongoing work. Content Planning & Strategy Develop and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendars in coordination with the creative and content teams, tailored to B2B audiences and industry-specific messaging. Understand client briefs and translate requirements into clear, actionable content briefs. Contribute ideas for Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, and other social media formats suited to a B2B context (thought leadership, case studies, industry insights, etc.). Stay updated with B2B marketing trends, platform updates, and relevant industry moments. Identify relevant content opportunities and proactively suggest ideas to clients. Ensure content recommendations are aligned with the client's brand identity and B2B communication objectives. Client Communication & Servicing Build and maintain strong, long-term B2B client
