nKey Responsibilities:

- Own and drive new business acquisition across Central Government Ministries PSUs and allied agenciesn




- Build qualify and convert a robust hunting pipeline spanning large marquee deals as well as mid‑sized repeatable opportunities to sustain revenue momentumn
- Lead solution‑led and RFP‑driven sales pursuits working closely with pre‑sales solution architects delivery and alliances teamsn
- Develop deep trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders decision‑makers influencers and system integratorsn
- Strategize and execute bid management proposal defense and negotiations for complex high‑value government tendersn
- Track and drive order booking TCV pipeline conversion and win ratios with strong governance and predictabilityn
- Act as a market‑facing leader representing Coforge in government forums industry bodies and strategic discussionsn
- Contribute to account shaping GTM strategies and long‑term Government business growth plansn
