Role details: Title / Designation: Senior Sales Manager (Domestic/ International Markets) Location: Chennai Experience: 8+ years (Individual Contributor) Work mode: 5 days (WFO) Role & responsibilities:



•Lead end-to-end enterprise sales for lending technology solutions, from prospecting to deal closure. •Identify and acquire new customers across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and lending institutions in target markets. •Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and new-business targets. •Build relationships with CXOs, business heads, technology leaders, and key decision-makers. •Manage complex sales cycles covering qualification, requirement gathering, solution presentation, proposals, negotiations, procurement, and closure. •Sell and position LOS, LMS, Loan Origination, and Loan Management solutions based on customer requirements. •Work with pre-sales, product, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams for solutioning and deal execution. •Own sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM updates, and opportunity tracking. • Build market presence through customer meetings, industry events, and networking. • Share market, competitor, and customer ins
