nWe are looking for a Business Development Manager – Infrastructure who can identify, develop and convert new infrastructure opportunities while building solid relationships across the ecosystem.
n

nWhat You'll Do
n

n* Identify and develop new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction and EPC.
n* Build relationships with government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, consultants, developers and institutional client.
n* Track upcoming infrastructure projects, tenders,



RFPs and procurement opportunities.
n* Manage opportunities from initial identification through proposal, negotiation and closure.
n* Coordinate with engineering, estimation, project and leadership teams on technical and commercial proposals.
n* Participate in client meetings, pre-bid meetings, industry events and stakeholder discussions.
n* Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable business opportunities.
n* Manage the BD pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
n* Explore new infrastructure segments, geographies and strategic accounts.
n* Support tender/bid management, documentation, submissions and follow-ups.
n* Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
n* Represent Ginfra across Hyderabad, Delhi NCR and other markets as required.

nWhat We're Looking For
