Take full ownership of ground operations, including supply deployment,scheduling, routing, and service

3–5 years of experience in high-intensity ground ops / city management roles (startup experience strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of owning metrics and hitting aggressive targets in live operations
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and rapid decision-making
