A minimum of 2 years of significant US tax experience in a public accounting firm or industry position with substantial exposure on taxation of U.Experience in Tax reporting and compliance requirements.
• Preparing tax returns of Individual Tax Return Form 1040, Trust returns Form 1041, Multi-State Returns and international tax Reporting forms like, FINCEN FORM 114, Form 8938, 5471, 5472 etc.
• Business Tax return like C Corporate 1120 and Partnership Tax return 1065 experience is a plus and should have good understanding of financial statements as per GAAP and Tax laws.
• Perform review of tasks and processes of Tax return preparation and delivery.
