We are seeking a high-performing AGM – Channel Sales qualified to lead and scale our channel sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a robust partner ecosystem across key markets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in indirect sales, channel development, partner acquisition, and team leadership, with a strong track record of achieving business growth through distributors, dealers, resellers, and strategic channel partners.
The role demands strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, hands-on execution,



and the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Partner Acquisition & Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key channel partners (distributors, dealers, resellers).
•Sales Enablement: Equip channel partners with product knowledge, sales tools, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
•Drive partner performance to meet revenue goals, sales volumes, and market share targets.
•Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of territory/channel sales executives to ensure alignment and execution at the ground level.
•Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner sales performance using CRM tools and provide actionable insights.
