Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive residential real estate sales through Channel Partners, Property Consultants, Brokers, and Real Estate Agencies . The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, a proven sales track record, and a good network of channel partners in the Bengaluru real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, property consultants, and real estate agencies .
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase project reach and sales.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners and ensure regular engagement.
- Drive leads, site visits, bookings, and revenue through channel partners.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings for channel partners.
- Train partners on project USPs,



pricing, inventory, payment plans, offers, and sales processes.
- Support channel partners in client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and closure.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure .
- Track partner-wise leads, site visits, conversions, bookings, and revenue.
- Activate inactive channel partners and improve partner productivity.
- Identify current market opportunities and expand the channel partner network.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, inventory, and market trends.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and channel partner performance MIS.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the channel network.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
