About The Media Ant
The Media Ant is a 14-year-old platform for media discovery, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns. We aim to disrupt the traditional process of executing ad campaigns through a physical media agency and replace it with a self-serve advertising platform.

We have built our in house AI tool called Ant10 to make media planning effective and is powered by our learnings and data of the last 14 years containing over 10,000 marketing campaigns with over 3000+ unique brands. So far the result from this tool has been more efficient and useful compared to other generic AI tools. As the AI evolves, we at TheMediaAnt are using it to our advantage and continue with the vision of Empowering All to Advertise.

Job Description

TheMediaAnt currently has three offices in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. Bangalore being the headquarters.



The teams in Mumbai and Delhi are largely client facing teams handling large and key accounts with over 1Cr of annual marketing spends.
Your key focus on daily basis would be to drive sales, fostering relationships with clients through a solution-driven approach, and working towards achieving the goals taken. You will be instrumental in expanding the customer base in the mid-market segment while fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Day-to-Day Work

Sales strategy and Pipe Line building
- Convert the inbound leads to clients
- Online research and other forms of research to identify potential advertisers
- Work towards retaining existing clients and expanding the share of wallet
- Understand client requirements and provide data-led media planning approaches and solutions
- Manage a pipeline ensuring consistent and measurable growth toward meeting the revenue target
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand current trends,
