nWe are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking qualified to join our team and work on a US-based property market process.
nCandidates with prior experience in the US real estate/property market will be highly preferred. However, candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day activities related to the US property market.n
- Communicate professionally with US-based clients/customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.n
- Understand and manage property-related information and documentation.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely updates.n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly updated.n




- Follow company processes and quality standards.n
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.n
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.n

nRequirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. n
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients/customers.n
- Willingness to work in the US night shift .n
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday .n
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/basic software.n
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.n

nPreferred Qualifications

- n
- Previous experience in the US property/real estate market will be a strong advantage.n
- Experience in US-based BPO, customer service, calling, or back-office processes will be an added advantage.n
- Experienced candidates will be preferred, but freshers with excellent English communication skil
