Role Purpose
The Lead India Injectable Manufacturing IT Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for IT systems supporting India's Injectable manufacturing operations. The role will ensure reliable, compliant, secure,



and efficient operation of manufacturing IT and OT systems while driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing IT Operations Leadership
- Lead and govern IT operations across Injectable manufacturing facilities in India.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of manufacturing critical systems.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized support processes and service management practices.
- Provide strategic direction for manufacturing technology investments and roadmaps.

Manufacturing Systems & Infrastructure
- Manage and support manufacturing applications including MES, SCADA, Historian, Serialization, Environmental Monitoring, BMS, and shop-floor systems.
- Oversee manufacturing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and OT environments.
- Ensure seamless integration between manufacturing, quality, and enterprise systems.

Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, 21 C
