One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Growth to build and drive all digital acquisition strategies for the business.
nResponsibilities

- Own growth across our entire ecosystemn
- Drive user acquisition, CAC efficiency, funnel optimisation, lifecycle journeys, and data-led growth experiments across digital channelsn
- Build and optimise full-funnel growth strategiesn
- Run performance campaigns and scale efficientlyn
- Drive lifecycle marketing across email, push, WhatsApp & in-appn
- Optimise landing pages and user journeys for conversionsn
- Unlock content-led growth and new scalable channelsn
- Own budgets and maximise ROIn

nQualifications

- n




- 4–5 years of experience in digital growth or performance marketingn
- Proven success in scaling paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, UAC, LinkedIn, affiliates & moren
- Strong command over CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort analysis & experimentationn
- Hands-on experience with GA, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Clevertap, Looker Studio etc.n
- Growth mindset + speed + ownershipn
- Robust passion to join a fast-growing startupn
