We’re seeking someone to join our CDRR Technology team as a Business Continuity Planning Officer, in Firm Resilience to work as part of a global team to support strategic Planning program development and fulfilment of internal and external planning and testing requirements.

This is Associate position that Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks to ensure operational continuity and resilience in the face of potential threats or disruptions that could impact the organization, plus management of ongoing incidents. What you’ll do in the role:
- Support the Business Continuity Management (BCM)



and Operational Resilience programs by partnering with Business Units to ensure continuity plans, recovery strategies, and resilience activities are maintained.
- Coordinate the review, maintenance, testing, and approval of assigned Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
- Deliver Business Continuity Planning tool training, awareness sessions, and user support.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of Business Continuity Plans, recovery documentation, and testing artifacts; identify gaps and track remediation actions
- Coordinate regular stakeholder meetings, governance forums, and working groups, ensuring action tracking and program oversight.
- Contribute to continuous enhancement of BCM and Operational Resilience methodologies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
