Description:

The ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and governing ServiceNow solutions for on-premises and hybrid enterprise environments. The role provides technical leadership for platform development, integrations, custom applications, and ITSM/ITOM implementations while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and implementation.
Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
Experience designing integrations with enterprise applications, databases, LDAP/Active Directory, and infrastructure tools.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow security, governance, and platform performance optimization.
Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, networking, servers, databases, and middleware technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management,



and leadership skills.

Deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives, optimize platform performance, enable seamless integrations with on-premises systems, and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
