Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Generating and converting leads into business opportunities for Home & Office Automation and related systems. The individual will work closely with various key influencers such as dealers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and builders to drive sales and business growth. Job responsibilites includes but not limited to Lead Generation & Business Development, Sales Presentations & Demonstrations, Sales Negotiation & Closing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Reporting & Administration, Sales Promotion & Brand Awareness.

Internal:
- Generate and qualify leads for sales opportunities through internal & external resources.




- Effectively manage customer data and ensure the proper use of data & interactions.
- Ensure that all sales orders and documentation are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide insights to the Sales & Marketing Manager and support decision-making with accurate sales data and reports.
- Ensure effective internal communication between various departments to achieve sales goals.
- Make cold call and Respond to customer queries promptly and provide timely resolutions
- Assist in the accurate forecasting of sales and management of the sales pipeline.
- Submit daily visit report to the management and discuss about the opportunities.

External:

Internal:
- Actively generate new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Regular Field visits to the targeted clients.
