Must-Have Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience managing ₹2–5 Crore+ advertising budgets
- Strong experience in D2C and/or Quick Commerce businesses
- Proven experience in performance marketing, campaign planning, optimization, and ROI/ROAS improvement
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, CAC, ROAS, and performance metrics
- Experience handling campaigns at scale with significant monthly spends

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Internet, or Quick Commerce companies
- Strong ownership of performance marketing budgets and business outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and optimization skills
