This role is responsible for leading technology and enterprise application projects from planning through successful delivery and closure. You will coordinate offshore teams, manage project governance, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives. The position combines hands-on project coordination with leadership, reporting, risk management, and quality oversight. Acting as a key liaison between distributed delivery teams and onshore leadership, you will ensure priorities, requirements, and expectations remain clearly aligned. You will manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives while proactively addressing risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery challenges. Accountabilities:




- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, execution strategies, schedules, resource forecasts, and detailed project plans.
- Establish and maintain project governance while ensuring adherence to agreed project management standards, methodologies, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, develop mitigation plans, and evaluate the impact of scope changes on timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead daily operations for offshore project teams, assign priorities and responsibilities, monitor workload distribution, and support resource and capacity planning.
- Coordinate technical, functional, and business resources while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
