About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate / Inside Sales Executive with solid telesales, lead conversion, and B2B sales skills to sell Erekrut's Talent Suite to companies, HR teams, business owners, and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, understanding customer hiring requirements, presenting a technology-enabled recruitment solution, handling objections, following up consistently, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Candidates with experience in ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, HRTech Sales, Recruitment Services Sales, IT Services Sales, or B2B Service Sales will be preferred.
