We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Lead to shape and drive our Talent Attraction and Employer Branding agenda. In this leadership role, you will translate business and workforce priorities into integrated attraction strategies that strengthen our employer brand, build sustainable talent pipelines and create engaging candidate experiences.
You will lead and develop a Talent Attraction team while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications and business leaders to deliver impactful recruitment marketing initiatives, employer branding campaigns and talent attraction programs. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership, creativity, digital marketing expertise and talent insights to influence how candidates experience and connect with our organization.
A day in the life of the Talent Attraction Team Lead
You will:
- Develop and execute talent attraction and employer branding strategies aligned with business, workforce and organizational priorities.
- Lead the talent attraction portfolio, establish priorities and ensure effective delivery across multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications and business leaders to translate talent needs into scalable and impactful attraction solutions.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Attraction team, building capability and fostering continuous growth.
- Create a cooperative and inclusive culture focused on innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
